We provide general intermediary services and arrange interviews with domestic helpers (applicable only to "agency recruitment").
Pay the domestic helper the expenses paid before their arrival in Hong Kong (applicable only to "overseas visa applicants").
Provide employers with spare forms (such as payroll sheets/leave receipt forms) and domestic helper information packages (such as domestic helper work manuals).
Services do not include follow-up and guidance services, translation, or scribbling during the domestic helper's employment.

If a domestic helper fails a medical examination upon arrival in Hong Kong, Riri Help will cover the employer's costs:
1. One month's compensation in lieu of notice
2. Additional expenses incurred by the domestic helper during her stay in Hong Kong.
3. Airfare and baggage allowance required for the domestic helper to return to her place of origin.
