Services include
We provide general intermediary services and arrange interviews with domestic helpers (applicable only to "agency recruitment").
Pay the domestic helper the expenses paid before their arrival in Hong Kong (applicable only to "overseas visa applicants").
Provide employers with spare forms (such as payroll sheets/leave receipt forms) and domestic helper information packages (such as domestic helper work manuals).
Services do not include follow-up and guidance services, translation, or scribbling during the domestic helper's employment.

We provide general document preparation, application processing services, and express delivery fees.
Hong Kong visa fee (collected by the Hong Kong Immigration Department (“Immigration Department”))
Consulate contract authentication fee
Two-year OWWA membership fee for Filipino domestic helpers
The services provided do not include any additional fees, penalties, or other charges incurred under special circumstances, all of which shall be borne by the employer.
